Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
The short version: FinSach collects almost nothing. We don't track you, we don't use analytics or advertising cookies, and we never sell your data. The main personal information we collect is your email address — and only if you choose to give it to us.
Who we are. FinSach is operated by FinSach Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. You can reach us at support@finsach.com.
What we collect.
- Your email address — when you subscribe to the Pre-Market Pulse, or when you request a definition on our Explainer page. That's the only personal information we ask for.
- The term you request — if you use the "request a definition" feature, we receive the word or phrase you typed, so we can write and add it.
- Temporary technical data — when you use certain features, we briefly read your IP address to prevent spam and abuse (rate-limiting). We do not store it.
What we do NOT collect. We do not use Google Analytics or any analytics tool. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not track your browsing. We do not build a profile of you. We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or payment information. We do not use browser storage or place cookies on your device as an ordinary visitor.
How we use it. We use your email only to send you the Pre-Market Pulse (if you subscribed) or to respond to your definition request. That's it. We don't use it for anything else.
Who we share it with. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run FinSach:
- Resend — our email provider, which stores our subscriber list and delivers our emails.
- Vercel — our hosting provider, which serves the website and keeps standard server logs (which include IP addresses, as all web hosts do).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
A note on market data. FinSach shows market information (prices, disclosures, flows) sourced from public exchanges and data providers. This is market data — it is never linked to you or your identity.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from the Pulse at any time using the link in any email. To have your email removed from our records entirely, email us at support@finsach.com.
Changes. As FinSach grows and adds features (such as accounts), we may update this policy to reflect new practices. We'll update the date above when we do.
