Who we are. FinSach ("we," "us") is operated by FinSach Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. By using finsach.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

This is the most important thing on this page. FinSach provides information, not investment advice. We decode and explain public market disclosures in plain English. We do not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold. FinSach is not a registered investment adviser or Research Analyst with SEBI. Nothing on FinSach is a recommendation, a solicitation, or personalized financial advice. Any decision you make about your money is your own, made on your own judgment and, ideally, with a qualified, registered adviser. We are not responsible for any investment decision you make or any loss you incur.
What FinSach is. A tool that turns India's public market disclosures — flows, deals, earnings, and events — into plain-English information. It is for education and information only.
Accuracy. We work hard to be accurate and to show our sources, and we clearly mark when data is unavailable rather than guessing. But we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Market data comes from third-party sources and may contain errors or delays. Do not rely on FinSach as your sole source for any financial decision.
Acceptable use. Use FinSach for your own personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. Don't scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our content; don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service.
Our content. The FinSach name, the decoded reads, the explanations, and the site design belong to us. The underlying market data belongs to its respective sources.
No warranty. FinSach is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinSach and FinSach Pvt Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service — including, above all, any financial or investment loss.
Changes. We may update these terms as FinSach evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
