Today looks mixed — foreign money out, domestic catching it

The read as recorded on this date — the same words and numbers that went to subscribers.

Today looks mixed

US futures lower · Asia higher
Friday's thread was whether that foreign selling would carry through. It carried — foreign investors stayed net sellers. Foreign money kept selling while domestic funds bought the dip. US futures are lower overnight, but Asia's pulling the other way. The thread to watch: whether that selling carries into the session, or domestic money holds the tape up alone.

Domestic institutions have been net buyers for the 10th session running.

BSE delivery 66.7% on Fri 25 Sep, above its 64% one-month norm but within the usual daily range.
